Accepting 3.000 Complaints on Public Services Ombudsman Campaign on Car Free Day
On Car Free Day (12/3/17) at the Hotel Indonesia roundabout, Ombudsman Indonesia urges public service providers to continue to improve their utilities.This is related to the 3.000 complaints they have received due to poor public services that have been received by the Ombudsman from the beginning of this year until the beginning of March 2017.
Ombudsman Indonesia's Commissioner, Ninik Rahayu mentioned the issue of health care, education and the judiciary is the aspects society complained about the most.
